Working, and the upgrade page seems to allow cross-grading, as well as down-grading.
Upgrade page only shows me prices for Starter, Platinum, and Diamond.
I wonder if server performance is breaking the pop-ups.

If you click on the down-grade options and wait a few, it should populate.

I had waited a while. So I reloaded the page, and waited til it finished before I tried messing with it. THEN it worked correctly.
I took the direct cross-grade (Silver), a little more expensive than the 4 cross-grade years ago, but worth it for the books I've been wanting.

I do see that there are some data set limitations now with not going "Gold", but only a few.
Is the website down again, or is it just me?

It is down again. I haven't been able to get on the last couple of hours.
The website went down while I was placing an order of the Portfolio!!! God!!! Thanks for saving me... LOL. ;-)
