Yes you can Mike. It may be a while however, before the link is posted. Maybe by the end of the month. To take full advantage of the databases, you will need to at least get the minimum cross grade.

You can just upgrade the engine. Some features depend on new resources so they will be missing.

The initial Logos 5.0 release needs new resources to use new features; needs some tweaking to work well when new resources are not licensed.
