How can a set of books not be new to L5 and be new to me when I have Portfolio?

I am trying to understand the upgrade analysis. I have many entries which are not marked "New to L5", but are marked as "New to me." How can this be possible when I have the highest Portfolio product in L4? What am I missing? Need help understanding this.

Not even Portfolio includes everything Logos sells. The new packages include some New to You content because Logos already sells stuff you don't have that are included in the new packages..

So you are saying that the definition of "new to L5" is that the product was not available at all in Logos 4? That would be OK with me if it is true.

Michael:
Correct.
"New to Logos5" - never available prior.
New to me" - previously a Logos 4 product that was not in the same "level" package.0 -

Hi Michael,
'New to L5' means new to the base packages (i.e. not previously included in the bases packages). 'New to me' signifies a resources that you did not previously own.
Hope this explains.

Hi Alexander,
I am not sure this is 100%. For example, I am pondering upgrading to Portfolio, There are resources previously available via Portfolio which I do not own. Such resources are marked as 'New to me'. There are some resources, however, which are marked as 'New to L5' which I do own (although not via a base package)... If that makes sense... [:S]
