Logos 5 missing NIV and NET
I looked at the offers for Logos 5 and did NOT see the NIV or NET which I have now in Logos 4. Why were they omitted? Does Logos 5 include all the resources I have already in Logos 4 or will they be deleted?
If I stay with Logos 4, will it still operate?

You lose no resources if you upgrade to a different package. You already own everything in your library, getting another package will only add additional resources. If you do not upgrade, you will be able to continue using Logos 4.

When you upgrade to Logos 5, you keep everything you already own in Logos 4. The NIV and NET will only be "missing" for new Logos 5 purchasers who have never owned a Logos 4 base package. (And they will still be available for separate purchase at logos.com.)
If you choose not to upgrade yet, Logos 4 will keep running and allow you to access all the resources you currently have. (And you can still add any resources that are currently for sale at logos.com.)

You will not loose a single resource if you upgrade or don't. If you own the NIV or NET in L4 you will still have it in L5. It just means that if someone bought Logos for the first time today, or didn't own it before won't get it without adding it on now.
You will NEVER loose a single resource or have it deleted!

The price for the Starter Kit of Logos 5 $ 250.71 according to your offer page. It says I will get 207 books. I presume I can also download them to my KFHD7-32. Is that true?
Are details of exactly what new features Logos 5 has including its Android rendition available anywhere? Will there be a Kit for Logos 5 available at a lower price with all the new software features available without any new books?. Frankly, the books I have now for Logos 4 is more than sufficient for my needs. I'd like the new features but do not really want to buy any new resources.

You will have all of your L4 resources plus the L5 features contained in Starter. You won't have L5 features available in higher packages.

L5 will overwrite your L4 installation - actually into the same folder structure

Basically yes. It will install over the Logos 4 installation. Just like 4.6 installed over 4.5.

Your Android reader software is not changed when you upgrade your desktop software. The Android reader will have access to whatever new resources the upgrade unlocked.

That is a major problem since I ONLY use the Logos Bible App on my KFHD7-32 now. I just keep the PC version installed to get new upgrades but never really use it.
For me to upgrade, I'd need the Logos Bible App for the KFHD7-32 also upgraded with new features. Otherwise, I really won't benefit from the upgrade at all.
