Logos 5 Comparison Page not working on Chrome or Firefox

I could be wrong here, but it seems that whoever designed these pages only made them work correctly on internet explorer. On Chrome the compare button never pops up and the dots remain grayed out, while in Firefox everything is pushed off to the side...anyone else seeing the same thing?
Just want to bring this to someone's attention...took me a while to figure out I had to use IE, which only seems like it can hurt this Logos 5 release.

Hi Eric;
I am in no way an expert on L4 or L5, however, I welcome you to the forum just the same.
Anyway, I have noticed the same thing as you have with each of the browsers. Due to the issues Logos has had with the new website within the past 48 hrs and the simultaneous release of L5, I figure they are still working on it. The previous website worked well between each of the browsers.

Thanks for the report Eric. We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed. Sorry for the difficulty in using the comparison page.
Thanks,
Mike0 -
The comparison pages should be fixed. Please report in this thread if you see otherwise and either I or someone else will look into it.

The comparison page is not reporting prices based on what we own. That's not helpful for the current customer base.
EDIT: It didn't before the fix either.

Yep, that one isn't fixed yet, but it's been reported and will be looked at. Thanks again.

Also there is no way to get to the upgrade page from the Logos home page, unless one is smart enough to look in the navigation menus. The "Upgrade" button was removed some time today.

I just noticed that too. I was trying to get a friend to that page and couldn't figure it out. Something changed. it would really make a lot of sense to have the upgrade button on as many pages as possible.

What about Safari? I still can't get the dots to show up in the right column, and I was the first to report issues (I think).
Also, can you take a look at the Verbum comparison chart? I can't see my prices, and it drives me nuts that the page opens with all sections collapsed!

Look at the top, center-right "Products." Hover over that and move the mouse down to "Upgrades" and click.
Shouldn't be that esoteric.

*sigh* Yes, another customer found that as well. I've reported this to those who can fix it.

I've brought this up as well. Thank you.

the way I made the dots work in Chrome was I clicked on "New to Logos 5", and the dots appeared, then clicked on "New to Me" and the dots changed. Clicking on "New to Me" first never resulted in seeing dots.
