Logos 5 Just crashes!!!

I´ve being using Logos 4 daily. Today I updated to a Gold Version of Logos5 and it just CRASHES. I tried it in two machines. Now I can´t use version 4 or 5? It´s a big problem to me!

I´m using Windows 7 64bits.

I tried the solutions above and it continues wirh error.

I really needs help.

We need logs. Please enable diagnostic logging and upload them. Please also include a clear and thorough step by step method to reproduce the crash if possible.

Please enable Logging ( http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging ) and upload your logs ( http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs ) so we can take a look.

Without diagnostic log files, humanly have no suggestions. Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging Logos 4 diagnostic logging steps are the same for Logos 5.

Today I updated to a Gold Version of Logos5 and it just CRASHES.

Do you have the "DiagramTTBlindAll" font installed on your system? Logos 5.0 is not currently compatible with this font; if you delete the font, Logos 5 will start working.
