Firstly, welcome!
Only Logos re in a position to answer your question, however, they are generally very reluctant to provide timescales unless they are sure they can deliver (in order to avoid disappointment). As the resource moves towards publication, a prospective shipping date will be published on the product description page and alongside the preorder on your order page (assuming you have preorder). Following this, all those who have ordered will receive an email advising them of the shipping date and asking to confirm payment details.
It seems that Logos are not yet in a position to publish a shipping date.

Finally, just to add that I share your eagerness to see this resource ship. I have been in on this resource from the start.

It's a pre-pub "under development". Logos has never really published firm timelines for pre-pubs and some take much longer than others for one reason or another. I would expect when they are comfortable with a projected release date it will show up on your pre-pub orders page.
