A happy little discovery today. In L3 I used to apply multiple markups e.g. coloured text for part of speech, and then maybe pick out participles with an underline. In L4, without custom markup styles this is impossible if your desired style isn't in the list.
HOWEVER ... if your desired style is the combination of two or more factory styles, you can achieve this.
OK - trivial example. Let's say I want my Greek verbs red text AND red underlined. Why not create a visual filter with TWO entries for @V? Well it doesn't work, since the second style overwrites the first:

BUT, if you create TWO visual filters, it does work: see below:

In fact this is a more flexible approach anyway, since you can now switch individual filters on and off to suit your present purpose, and you can create a bank of filters for different things, and mix 'n' match 'em to your heart's content.
