BUG: L5 SR-3 WIN: Alt+H no longer works to open/close the Home Page

Alt+H does nothing, either in the main window or when the Home Page is up.

Could someone else please confirm? I might have something else running on my computer that has stolen that keystroke and isn't letting it get to Logos.
