Logos 4 just bouncing in the dock a few times

Hi

I've just upgraded to Logos 4 for Mac.  I've downloaded the version last week, and tried last night upgrading a newer version but it just does exactly the same:

It bounces in the dock and does nothing else.  I've looked round the forum and other people seem to have at least got to putting in passwords etc.

 

 

Can anyone help  There does seem to be comments about posting a log file to a particular area, where (and what log) file is it and where should i post it?

Hi Tim. I have had the same issue and have tried a bunch of different things, but to no avail. I am probably just going to wait until a new version comes out and try again then.

BTW: Do you have a previous version already loaded on your computer? Someone in the forums had mentioned about a previous version causing some issues and I wonder if it may be the problem I am having as well. I am not excited about the idea of taking the previous version off, so I will just wait.

Sorry I couldn't be more encouraging. It is a bit frustrating.
