Duplicate Resources - Portfolio Package

Friends, I have just upgraded from Scholar Platinum to Portfolio package with Logos 5 Upgrade.

I have seen several resources that I have already ordered as Pre-pubs or in Community pricing which are included in my upgrade. I want to cancel their order so I would not be paying double. Is there an easier way to locate them and cancel them?

I would call customer service to make certain. They can clarify if it's duplicate resources.

I could not find individual titles list for Portfolio package. Before upgrading it was there but now it is gone.

I think you have two options.

Go to your orders screen and delete them one at a time http://www.logos.com/user/orders

Or call customer service and they'll end up doing the same thing.

Sorry, but I don't know of another way.

I called the customer support and they helped me find the page with comparison. So, now I can look at all titles and take care of this matter.

This might help:

To see if you have a pre-pub or CP that is in what you just upgraded to:

Find your orders page:

Click on your name

Click on orders [not yet shipped Pre pub or CP]

Click on each ordered resource

That will take you to the products page and that will tell you if that resource is in a package

If it is it seems to be safe to edit the order to delete it
