Okay, I'm getting serious about Logos 4 - and have some questions:
I gather you will have seen the "What's missing" page? Factor in other features agreed in the forum and that an Object Model Reference came somewhere near the bottom of the design spec, then you might see #1 in 2011 - Hint: documents are encased in SQLite db's.
OK, that's my conjecture. Hopefully a Logos visionary will be more helpful!
Hint: documents are encased in SQLite db's
Thanks, that's enough to help me make some design decisions. Logos wasn't quite ready to throw their hat into the native XML db ring - understandable but not how I wished the crystal ball revealed. I's probably have to do the same thing for indexing considerations.
User documents are stored as XML in the SQLite database. They're not password protected, so are simple enought to extract if you're comfortable with SQLite. This, for example, is a very simple handout:
<edit>Pasting XML doesn't work. Uploading instead.</edit>

Fantastic news - thank you
