How do I change the user e-mail on the software? No matter what I do it keeps opening my account under my old e-mail that was the free stuff. I want to log in to the software under my new e-mail that is the Silver package. Help!

To log in as a different user - hold down the command key as you start up and log out and in as necessary.
Is there any reason that you want to ditch the 'free stuff' - you never know when it might come in useful.

John – First, welcome to the forums!
I think what Mike is trying to suggest, is that there might be some "free stuff" you want to keep. You should make a list of your "free" library. Once you get your new library up and running, compare the two lists. You might want to "merge" the accounts by calling Logos. Without knowing what "free" resources you have, I don't know if it is worth your time or not… it very well may be! (especially if you have a bunch of Vyrso freebies) [;)]
