Number of resources dropped in number

I noticed that the number of my total resources in my library actually dropped when I upgraded for L4 Platinum to L5 Platinum.  Anybody have an explanation?  Thanks.

    Hmm...that should not happen.  L4 should have automatically installed L5 over itself and then installed the new resources. Perhaps your download was/is not complete?  do you see an icon in your taskbar at bottom, indicating the indexing is still in process? At the homepage, do you see a listing of your updated resources - example:

    Joseph, first of all how many new resources did you anticipate from the upgrade?

    Second, was there a second, larger download after you installed L5? The new data sets and many updated resources, including the new ones you should have received would be in that download.

    I don't know why there would be a smaller count. It could be that some L4 specific resources were removed on installation to be replaced by L5 specific resources.

    Are you sure your library isn't filtered in any way? Can you give a screenshot?
