Luther Works upgrade - vol. 58-60

The edition I have, bought several years ago, is 55 volumes.

Have I missed volumes 56 and 57 somewhere along the way?

Randall, like you I only have 55 volumes.

Browsing the Concordia Publishing House site I see that there is no Volume 56 or 57, but 58 and 59 are there, no 60. Interestingly they have volumes 67 and 69. I suspect these refer to volume numbers of the German work they are being translated from, and that volumes 56 and 57 are not yet translated.

There is a some more info on Luther's works both in English and German here: http://therebelgod.com/Luther/  Seems the numbering of volumes is a little different.

I am not a Lutheran so would probably use them more if I was. I do let Logos bring them up on searches and the Passage Guide. I don't think I've gleaned that much so far. I've owned them for less than a year and got them for a bargain price. Probably wouldn't have purchased them unless I had received that offer.

Thanks, Randal, for pointing this out. I'm afraid I'll have to take a pass. Like you and Mark, I have the 55-volume set that I bought at the good pre-pub deal. I suspect that's more of Luther than I'll ever get to. It would be nice to have these additional volumes, but there are others I need more.

Just a correction: 1) Volume 67 is listed on the CPH website, but has not been released yet.  It is probably shipping January.

Volume 69 was offered by Logos at one time (I have it on my computer) but it has since been removed from the website.  I imagine that this is an oversight, because I know that Concordia entered and agreement with Logos regarding all of the forthcoming Luther's works.

There will be volumes 56-75 coming, but not in the numbered order. Some volumes will be translated earlier, some later.
