How to install free books (signed up already) on Mac?

Hi, all,
I signed up for the free book for November but don't know how to download/install the book on Mac. Could you help me with this? Thanks.

Do you already have Logos software installed on your Mac?
If so, after having purchased (for free) the free book it should automatically download to your system when you start Logos.
What are you seeing?

Thanks Graham,
I am surprised for the quick reply! Wow, it's good to be on the forums.
Yes I have Logos software installed on my Mac but when I searched for the book I got on the program, it doesn't show up. What should I do?
Thanks.

Does it show up in the orders page? Go to logos.com, click your name at the top right and then "orders"
Scroll down this page and it will show you the list of completed orders - does this book appear in that?
If so, type "update now" in the command bar at the top of your Logos program and see if that results in a download.
Please let us know how you get on

Thanks, Graham,
I found my orders on the website. So I did type "update now" and it says "Updates were found and will be downloaded automatically"
However, it doesn't seem that the books are being download. If it is being download or downloading is finished, where can i see that? In the home page or somewhere else?
Thanks.

Hi Junghoon
When the program is downloading or indexing a small icon appears in the tool bar to the top right of your screen (if that is where you keep your tool bar).
You do have to make sure that the computer program is logged into the same account as the one you used to make your purchase.
If this is not the case you can hold down the command key when starting the program and log in again.
If, perchance, you find yourself with two accounts Customer Services will sort this out for you.

I did try everything but it didn't work.
I found that my version is Logos Bible Software 4.5 SR-5 (4.50.0.1893),which means it hasn't been updated yet. My friend has 4.6 version. What should I do for now?
Thanks.

Following your guidance, I deleted the program installed on my Mac and download a updated version and installed it.
However, I still cannot see Logos Bible Software download those free books. Sorry for these many programs.

Can we just clarify which free books you are referring to?
I assumed - from your original post - it was the "Free book for November" but now wondering if is it the free books available on Biblia (which are not able to be downloaded without a purchase)

well, I downloaded Synopsis of the books of the Bible: Genesis to 2 Chronicles from Logos site, and I also see my order in my account.

Thanks for clarifying.
So what happens if you type "update now" in your command box in the new installation?
What do you see in your library? Anything at all?

Normally, these updates really download and then Logos asks to be restarted to put them into the library. Did you check that you really don't have it?
You could use the command "update resources", which will compare your library content with the licences you own and trigger a download of resources.
Maybe some Mac users can help you further with respect of finding the downloaded file.

Attached is what I see when I typed 'update now'. It says that the program found an update and will download automatically but nothing is happening after this screen.
In addition to what NB.Mick said...
Your screenshot shows a lot of resources being updated. Can you see these in your library? Is it just the free one you can't see?

Dear all,
Finally, my Mac noticed the update with an icon and get my approval to install the book on my Mac. Now I see the book that I ordered on the Logos. Thank you all very much for your support. May the Lord bless your life and ministry. Blessings!
