Am I right in saying there is no way to look up how many months on my payment plan?
And no way to buy online and add to existing payment plan?
I believe that you can call customer service to add additional products to an existing payment plan. I only used the payment plan once, and I believe that I discovered that I could tell the current status (# of payments left) by going to the Logos website and looking at orders, then clicking on the product that I had ordered. Not certain on this, but I believe that I discovered a way to check status.
