New Place to Discuss?

Hey Guys!

So is this the new place to discuss Logos software? Meaning, do I need to unsubscribe from the newsgroups in my news reader?

I really like the new forum layout. Very clean and easy to use. Seems more powerful as well. Plus it'll probably cut down on SPAM.

One quick question. Is there anyway to attach files? If not, that's OK, I can always setup iDisk sharing if need be or find a way to submit files. Plus, there's always StillTruth.com. File sharing is a breeze there.

We've created our own fourm setup, plus merged our blog to a new engine. It's at http://community.mymallard.com or http://mymallard.ning.com. It's been a much nicer setup to work with than our old blog, and the integration is fantastic.

Just heard about Logos: mac 1.1.1. Looking forward to downloading it as soon as it's out. Safari 4 is finally here, and glad to see Logos: mac's update around the corner!

No - this is a "beta" phase for the forum and many will still use the newsgroup!

Is there anyway to attach files?

Now that the forums are on-line, I unsubscribed from the newsgroups, and removed Thunderbird from my computer.... Logos was the only reason I had the newsreader, and I am glad to have one less program on my system![;)]

Yeah, I'll probably unsubscribe once everyone officially makes the switch. I'm running them under Entourage, so it really doesn't make any difference for me. I don't really use Entourage that much, just mainly for newsgroup access and as a backup email client just in case Mail gives me an issue. Also, for sending files to PC users that have trouble opening things I send in Mail.

One issue I've found with the forum. I can't seem to compose messages on my iPhone. I can read messages fine, but the composer isn't working (then again, I tested on EDGE since we don't have 3G and I didn't run a Wi-Fi test). If there'd be a way to compose on the iPhone that'd be great. I'd love discussing on the go, since when I'm standing in a long line at the store and have nothing else to do, I'm always able to catch up work on my iPhone.

Other than that, I've enjoyed the new setup. The custom avatars are great. Now we know what everyone looks like. [:)]

I can make it out now! Before you said what it was, it was just a jumble of colors to me.
