Repeatable Crash: Logos 4.6a SR-2

I realize that 4.6a is on the stable channel, but I figure this is the best place to report a crash.

While indexing, I attempted to open the Thematic Bible Passage Register.

The first time I did so, the book opened properly, but when I expanded the TOC pane, the program crashed.

After that I re-opened Logos and attempted to open the book, and the program crashed immediately.

I restarted my computer, opened Logos, and attempted to open the book, and the program crashed again.

update: the crash also occurs when indexing is not running.
