BUG: Only L5 UI font looks jagged and broken.

I just noticed that the UI font in L5 looks rough...like clear type is not running.

I've checked my display drivers and updated them, made sure clear type was running and changed fonts....and it still looks bad. This condition is ONLY in L5..no other programs or windows itself looks like this.

Can anyone help or does anyone else have this condition?
