BUG: L5 SR-4 (Win): Panel menu of Cited By tool *appears* to be broken

I don't know when this happened, but it was broken already in 4.6a SR-2.
There used to be a panel menu in the Cited By Tool, where you could select which collections you wanted included in the results, as well as a bunch of other options (documented in the wiki).
Now there is no way to drop down that menu. The icon for it, which used to look like this:
now is just a triangle:
Clicking on it does nothing. The collections selected in the Cited By window are just whatever I had selected the last time this panel menu was working, and there's now no way to change them.
EDIT: It turns out not to be actually broken, but only appears broken due to three problems (which should be fixed or improved IMHO): an odd icon glitch, slow menu population, and no UI feedback while it is populating. See my second post further down the thread for further details.

I just checked mine Rosie and it is working fine. I'm running 5.0 SR-4 on Win 7 x64. I can still edit my cited by when I click the icon...

Update...... Try expanding the window. I keep my Cited by in a larger window. I tried the default size as you displayed and it didn't work but if you expand it larger you can customize it....
Still a bug nonetheless but at least in the meantime you can edit until it is fixed.

OK. I see there are two problems at work here.
Kevin, you're right. When I expand the window, the normal Cited By icon shows up:
But once it's larger like this, even if I drag the size of it back to be that narrow width that was the default (or even narrower), it never goes back to being just a triangle:
So why it needed to be just a triangle in the default window position is beyond me, and seems like a bug.
The second problem is that my Cited By menu is so slow to populate (due to having a large number of collections) that I thought nothing was happening. But it was, and it did eventually drop down, even in the default tool tab position. But the menu doesn't appear until it is fully populated, and there's no visual feedback that anything is happening at all, so I assumed it was broken. There needs to be a spinning or moving "progress" icon of some sort to let me know that Logos is working.
