Command/Shortcut bar missing

With the few problems I have had with Logos I have always been able to find a fix in the forums. But with this one, I could not, so here it goes. I opened Logos this morning an the command/shortcut bar, and the sync indicator came up transparent. When hovering my cursor over the space, the files on the desktop underneath highlight like I am on them rather than the Logos bar. I have tried restarting Logos a few times, as well as my laptop, but nothing. This happened upon startup of the computer today. Any ideas?

Interesting. I've not seen this particular problem before.

That black box at the top reminds me of the way Logos acts when a video card is overtaxed/can't keep up. Have you recently updated any video drivers? My first though would be to reinstall video drivers. I might also suggest trying the command Set Custom Chrome to No but you don't have the command line.... This might end up being worth a call to Logos tech support if someone doesn't pipe up with other ideas.

EDIT: I see it's working now, that's encouraging.
