NA28 is available for Logos 5. But apparatus, not to my knowledge (neither for NA27). The audio "read" feature is only available for NA27, not NA28.

The NA27 apparatus is available in the German Bible Society Bundle: Student Edition, available at a special price for those upgrading base packages: https://www.logos.com/topproducts No information has been given us about an NA28 apparatus.

The apparatus for NA27 is available as a separate, bundled purchase here. It is also available at a significant discount when using the customize button when you upgrade to a Logos 5 Base Package.
They also have enabled read aloud to function with NA28 in the latest release of Logos 5.

Dear Mark and Jonathan,
Thanks for your comments. I had looked at the German Bible Society Bundle, but could not easily determine differences from what was already in my library. Although I have the NA and GNT texts with apparatus on paper, it is nice to have them (now) in my Logos library. Is there a Greek-German edition of Aland's "Synopsis Quattuor Evangeliorum" somewhere?
Thanks again!

https://www.logos.com/product/8890/synopsis-of-the-four-gospels will only display a single translation but can display the passages in many translations, and in a number of Greek testaments. Here are two examples:
By opening two copies in side-by-side panes you could have a Greek-English comparison:

I am not aware of a Greek-German edition available in Logos. I know they have the English edition of that work in the base packages and available separately here. They also have a larger German Bible Society Bundle available here, but I am confident that title is not included in the bundle.

I'm not sure if what's in this bundle (new to Logos, I believe) is what folks are looking for or not.
