Exegetical Guide: Apparatus showning 0 results.
I am having trouble getting the Apparatus to find any results for passages which have apparatus entries. I have five different apparatus, but for simplicity, I will consider only Apparatus for the Greek New Testament, SBL edition. If I typIe Romans 5:1 in the Exegetical Guide the Apparatus section remains grayed out with 0 results even though an apparatus entry exists for that verse. At the suggestion of a Logos support representative, I tried adding the apparatus to my prioritized resources. That did not help. I would greatly appreciate any guidance someone may be able to provide.

Sorry your are having trouble Paul but I cannot reproduce your issue. Mine looks like this...
Perhaps it might help if you told us which package you own and which operating system you are using?

Thanks for trying this. I have the Logos 5 Bronze base package with additional books from previous packages and versions. My operating system is Windows 7. Thanks for your help!

Paul, the Bronze may not have the necessary databases unless you had access to them from L4.

You should certainly be able to view Apparatuses with Bronze and it has nothing to do with Priority of resources. Has indexing completed or did you have any problems during indexing? If you have some crash/error logs in \Documents\Logos Log Files please upload them (use the paper clip icon).

I have no crash logs on or after my installation of Logos 5. There are some older error logs for Logos 4 only.

Then I suggest you get in touch with Logos Support - it may be a licencing issue.

I have tried one additional thing with no success. I performed an index rebuild which went to normal completion as best I could tell. There were no logs generated, and I watched the progress until it was close to 100%.
