Can you watch the videos there?

If not, are you logged in to Logos.com with the same ID you used to purchase your Logos4 upgrade/cross-grade?

Which browser are you trying to view the L4 videos from?

Do you see the links to the videos, or do you get a blank page?

Note:

Some parental control software (and the like), and some localities prevent access to YouTube (where these videos are stored). If you have YouTube blocked, that's why you can't see the Logos videos.

If that's not your issue, you may not have the proper codecs or plugins. I haven't looked, so I can't tell you whether or not these are flash video, or some other format. You may want to check if you can watch other YouTube videos and trouble-shoot from their website.
