I was looking forward to seeing how the Read Aloud speed of reading could be adjusted. I have to say I am somewhat disappointed as it likely won't stop people from needing to go to the Control Panel for adjustment, ( which having this control within Logos was meant to address). Instead of a slider control giving the user a granular control, you just click on 4 choices that display one at a time - 7.5, 1, 1.4, and 2x normal speed.
IMHO this isn't really very useful, and the chances those are the settings that helps someone are slim. Someone may need or want .9, .85, 1.06, which is why a slider control is ideal. I found 1.4x and 2x way to fast, for example.
Can you consider changing this?
