Sharing verses - one at a time

I don't seem to be able to select multiple verses to share or make a note on on or to highlight.  Am I doing something wrong?  This is very limiting and makes using it unpleasant.

    Allen,

If you hold your finger over one word in a verse it will highlight.  You can drag each end of the blue highlight to expand what is selected.  Once you pick your verses you can share or attach a note.  Make sure you choose "reference" on the note pop up screen instead of selection to have the note attached to the verse.

Allen - Welcome to the forums! [:)]

Kaye did a good job explaining how to highlight and share verses. [Y] Did that answer your question or do you still need some help? If so, what device are you using? What OS? What version of the mobile app?

I found that feature but it would not let me include verses from the next page.  I had a verse at the end of a page and then a couple on the next page and could not figure how to span pages.  It is also not a very friendly way to do it. Other apps just allow you to tap the verse.  I could see having both methods in case you just wanted to share part of a verse.

I am using an iPhone and the software is current.  Thanks for the help.

I agree it is a problem.  Fortunately, the next version of the app (currently in beta) has a nice solution to the problem of verses spanning two pages.  Hopefully it will be out soon.
