After transfering my Resources to an external drive, what's the best way to uninstall L3? Control Panel/Add and Remove? or just deleting the folders one by one?
Look here for complete instructions.
But before doing that consider that you won't be able to install any resources by third parties (e.g., Nelson, Rejoice), that are still selling for Logos3, unless you reinstall Logos3 again. The footprint for the program only is not that large. Why not just keep it for now?
Again, thanks for the information about 3rd party resources. I don't need the extra space, I just thought that L3 will become redundant and usless (did I really say that!). Good advice, I'll keep it and continue to add to my library and make sure I keep enough in the budget to buy a new golf club in the Spring. Fore.
What I am understanding for now is to keep L 3 active.
At a future date will I want to delete L3?
I am now using L4 instead of L3.
Will Logos give us a delete program for L3 for those who are computer illeterate?
Thank you,
Keith
To delete L3, you just need to go to Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel, and uninstall from there. That's all you need to do [:)]

That's wishful thinking as there's many GB's of software and resources still to remove:-
C:\Program Files\Libronix DLS
(My) Documents\Libronix DLS
But see http://www.logos.com/support/lbs/specialfolders for other folders to remove.
