font rendering issue: The Encylopdeia of Practical Christianity

Example on page 285 the subpoints start out with what appears to be a "2" almost ovelayed onto the first letter of the sentence. Thus appearing jumbled. This is only a nusance issue. Perhaps there is a corrupted font - not sure how to resolve it. Probably could love with it the way it is. Interesting observation: If i cut and paste the section into MS Word it actually renders correctly as a check mark. If you know of a fix - would love to hear what it might be.

I don't have this particular resource, so I can't check. A screen shot might help us see what you see.

Did you change your default font? If so, does it appear the same if you revert back to the default font?

I have attached a screen shot. The font issue appears to be specific to this resource and to this one page. Once I scroll past page 286 the problem goes away. I have changed the default font. In certain fonts the problem goes away and shows up as a square no longer overlaying the first letter of the sub point. Another person who has this resource in Logos 5 says that there is a check mark at the beginning of the indented comments. I am more convinced that it is an issue with the publisher and the selected font than it is with Logos 4 or Windows 7. I think. J Thanks for your comments.

This should be reported as a typo. In cases like this, I would select the text, right-click, and from the "Selection" menu choose "Report Typo" then in the comments section briefly describe the problem.

It's possible a Logos employee will see this and forward the info to the right person to determine what's going on here. But the most reliable way of doing that is via the report typo function from within the program.

That doesn't look to be a typo. What is coming out as 2s on your machine should really be check marks like below.

What font are you using for books in Logos 4?
