Searching problem

I must be doing someting obviously wrong.

When I click the search button, click on bible, and then search for "god" in "All Passages" in the New American Standard Bible" I get no results. In fact, it seem as thought the only book I get hits for is the help file. I can open all of my library files just fine.

I see this is your first post.

Has indexing finished for you? If not, your search results are likely to be incorrect, or non-existent.

My problem was solved by doing this (I found in another post): Deleting the Index File and re-starting Logos 4. I had already indexed the library a week ago, so I am not sure what happened.

"I bet the all the old files didn't get deleted from the system restore and Logos is confused.

Try deleting the contents of this folder (I'm on Win 7, so yours might be a little different)

C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<Random>\LibraryIndex

Restart Logos. It might see that it doesn't have an index and re-index.

If this doesn't work, I would uninstall Logos and then manually delete the Logos 4 folder and then reinstall."
