Tertullian against Praxeas: 
Historically significant as the earliest surviving formal statement of the doctrine of the Trinity.

"De Oratione" is the earliest surviving exposition of the Lord’s Prayer in any language. "De Baptismo" is not merely the earliest treatise on its subject, but it is the only Ante-Nicene treatise on any of the Sacraments.
