If you create a new document of any kind, and then change your mind and close it without editing it, it is saved as e.g. Untitled Notes which you then have to manually delete from the menu.
If it's empty and unnamed couldn't it just not save it?

Not sure this can be classified as a bug as it has always done this for pretty much all document types in Logos 4/5, this is not behavior that has changed in Logos 5. I agree if a document is empty it should not be saved however...

I'm sure you're right that it's always been that way, I think the difference is now my documents look all nice and neatly arranged so the random Untitled ones that turn up are more obvious [:)]
