Bug: can't open or delete unnamed guides

I don't recall ever saving guides but at some point I've saved some with no names — not sure how or when that happened... When I click on them nothing happens, if I right-click and press delete they don't delete; see screenshot below:

There is currently an open case for this issue. I have added a link to this thread to that case.
