A right click on a Bible word shows that I get a long list of "Untitled Guides". A5 seems to be creating a bunch of guides that are unnamed.

This seemed to work correctly for me. I did notice that it is easy to drive A-5 into endless spinning pizzas.
The options still work, but it seems the A5 is creating a bunch of files. I know the windows version had a similar problem with creating duplicates of saved files, so I don't know if this is the same issue or not. The developers don't give any real input here, so I just post bugs I notice and hope they help move things along.
