Custom Reading Plan

I am trying to create a reading plan to share with our church. I have it set for 5 days a week, and there are 5 passages, however, since some passages are longer than others when I run the plan it begins breaking the passages up. Is there a command I can enter in order to have it set each passage to it's own day?

Unfortunately, no. This is one of the weaknesses of Logos that I hope they address in the near future.

I assume that means all of the topical preloaded plans were created by Logos? I can't believe they don't have a way to achieve this simple command. Thanks for your help.

Really it could be as easy as allowing the verse option in the time frame section of setting the plan up to be a maximum number of verses a day. So. 5 days, no more than 10 verses at a time, etc. Rather than 5 days or 10 verses. I'll quit whining now.

If it were easy as … say a cup of coffee… I am sure it would have been done by now. I am less concerned about Bible reading plans (those work pretty well for my needs when I create them). What is more challenging is reading plans of books. It is really frustrating to create a reading plan and have readings of:

Cover
Introduction
Table of Contents
Etc.

Yeah, i don't really create reading plans for books. I wasn't concerned about it until recently with the Faithlife community. As a pastor I was excited about the ability to create a reading plan to go along with the sermon series and share that in a location for members to access and share their note and thoughts.

Great idea! This would require, however, a more configurable reading plan. Even if you preach through a book verse-by-verse, it is likely that you won't preach on the same number of verses each week… Plus, you might want to supplement your primary text with auxiliary ones.

True, which is why a command like using () to seperate days would be helpful. However, currently this is a series on the Spiritual Disciplines. I had set up 5 reading each week leading up to Sunday that would go with each discipline, i.e., 5 passages regarding fasting, etc.
