Q to logos workers: I own a Bible do I get a discount?

I already asked this but didn't get an answer from anyone who works at Logos. So, if I own Bibles, both such which came with base-packages (OLL and L4 Catholic Foundations) and upgrade to an L5 base-package, do I really get a discount or not? The previous thread is: Logos workers: Dynamic pricing discount for owning Bibles?
The reason why I'm suspicious, is that my difference in $ is the same between Silver and Bronze as between Bronze and Starter. And I mean exactly the same to the last decimal.
Things like Word Find (from Catholic Foundations), Douay-Rheims Bible (from Catholic Foundations), and Good News Translation (bought separately) don't seem to be taken into consideration if my calculations and suspicion are right, just to mention a few.

If I get an answer from a Logos worker first in this thread, I'll speak to my regular sales rep. about this thread.

Although Logos staff do frequent the forums they are essentially a self help resource. When they are here they are primarily here to find reports of bugs or report bugs squashed.

You will be much better off giving Logos Customer Services a ring about your additional resources.

If you are not in the US - Skype is a good tool.

How do you know what your upgrade price between Silver and Bronze would be, if you haven't already updated to Bronze?

If the UI on the upgrades page shows that you already own it, ie doesn't have the "New to Me" icon, then you are being given a discount for that resource. You do not pay again for a resource you already own.

Now you have an answer from Logos you can speak to your regular sales rep, because you really do get a discount - and not only for Bibles, but for all resources you own that are listed in the Upgrade chart.

So you are saying that your Upgrade pricing looks something like: Starter Bronze Silver

$100.01 $200.02 $300.03

It's certainly unusual, but it tells me that you own a significant number of resources included at the Bronze and Silver levels, such that you are discounted more at Bronze and more again at Silver e.g. $50 at Starter, $150 at Bronze and $350 at Silver. Then you probably get different package discounts e.g 15% at Starter and Bronze, 20% at Silver. It's all down to the mathematics...

My upgrade prices had bigger percentage discounts for the bigger packages. They ranged from 15% to 25% off.
