Website Glitch?

I own the theological journal libraries 1-10, and MOST of those 10 journal libraries are greyed out in the catalog, with the exception of theological journal library 8.

is this a glitch, or is something else going on?

Since I don't own these resources, I can't verify for myself. In the website subforum ( http://community.logos.com/forums/92.aspx ) issues like this are reported  sometimes and the Logos people responsible for the site are active there. You may repost there (include the resource info of #8) or drop e.g. Lavid Ladiges a mail.

Ken,

I own TJL 1-14 and 15 on Pre-Order, all greyed out as expected.  I recalled 1-13 I purchased from Galaxie, 14 and 15 with Logos as downloads. Sorry.

Took a look at this one and there are 2 resources that are included in Vol 8 individual purchase that aren't in Vol 1 - 10.

However, it doesn't appear that either of those resources are backed by resources files so they were probably for differentiating who had purchased the products individually rather than as a single bundle.

I'll make a request to the products department that we examine this collection and see if we need to make any changes so the ownership display matches the expected results.

I made a new thread before noticing that you had replied here.

Also, i just purchased the journal library recently (last week I think) if that makes any difference.
