Welcome to the forums Cammy. Have you tried holding down the ctrl key while trying to start it, also, have you restarted the computer? What were you doing when it crashed?

Cammy, the following file is corrupted:
/Users/vmadmin/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/bbgwm0m2.o1b/UserPreferences/PreferencesManager.db
You will need to navigate to that file and delete everything (should be two files) in the UserPreferences folder. This will cause you to lose some of your personal setting in Logos and force you to set things back up the way you like them, but it should get you past the error.

Cammy:
Saw Mark's post after typing this one, so I have looked at your crash log and revised my original comments.
From your logs, I see that you are using a Mac.
However, your Logos4Crash log indicates
[quote]Program Version: 4.6a SR-2 (4.61.0.3360)
Mac OS Version: 10.5.8
Architecture: i386
Model: MacBookPro4,1
Processor count: 2
Time: 2012-11-12 13:49:56 +13:00 (2012-11-12T00:49:56Z)
Installed memory: 2,048 MB
Install path: /Applications/Logos Bible Software 4.app/Contents/MacOS/lib/
L5 is not compatible with Mac OS 10.5.8. Are you using L4 or L5?
Are you attempting to open Logos from an icon on the dock? If so, you may be attempting to open L4. Look in your Applications folder. If you have two Logos icons, you need to delete "Logos Bible Software 4" and the icon from the dock. Try opening "Logos Bible Software 5". If that opens, you will now be good to go.
If you do not have the old L4 app still in your Applications folder, Try opening L4 and immediately depress the Command key. When the log in screen appears, select open with a blank layout.
Then, let us know what happened

Did you delete the files I pointed you to?
If it still crashed please attach the log files.
