Must Logos4/5 re-index after every Vyrso download?

I love the free stuff Logos offers us from time to time. I check the Vyrso website faithfully for new freebies. One question I have is; Must Logos4/5 re-index after every Vyrso download?

I do not believe there is very much (if any) tagging in some of the Vyrso fiction titles. So why does my library re-index every time I download a Vyrso book?  I have a "double-barrel" Portfolio package (L4/L5) and can't imagine the whole library needing to be re-indexed for one Vyrso book.

btw: I do realize the good folk at Logos have been busy updating a lot of our resources and some of the indexing is not related to Vyrso.

it's not just tagging that gets indexed, but every single word in a resource... so that would be why even Vyrso titles need to be indexed

It doesn't reindex your whole library. It indexes the Vyrso book, and then merges those changes into the main index. It's indexing ordinary text as well as any markup, so it is necessary, otherwise the Vyrso book wouldn't show up in searches.
