Upgrading to Windows 8

You PC wizards would have probably known not to do this, but if anyone out there is moving to Windows 8--do NOT let Microsoft Refresh your PC...they refreshed Logos 5 right out of existence on my computer. Had to re-download, index...you know the drill--if downloading Windows 8 tell it to keep all personal files, apps, and programs during the initial phase of the downloading process...
