Please contribute your knowledge of "Search operating methods" to this thread

I am very glad for the search operating system Logos has provided in Logos 5. I would be more glad as well if you could contribute from your own experience more searching operating methods which could help us to explore the depth of the word of God in our Bible study.
Blessings in Christ.

The new search tools in L5 are root, Clause + Bible Senses (although not strictly a search tool). Clause and Bible Senses will be enhanced in 5.0a to make their use a little easier or more understandable.Their vocabulary is still undergoing development and refinement, so beware that there are faults to be discovered.
Clause search is great for finding all the references to a person, place or thing where the text uses words like "him", "her" "there" or finding where it might be Subject or Object, etc But my advice is not to convolute Clause search when a traditional Search would suffice e.g. instances of Jesus declaring "I am" (i.e. God) are better found with a text search on Words of Christ or searching "I Am" with Match Case, because some English bibles emphasise the expression that way.
