How can i delete passage guide notes so that they don't show up in Explorer?
I wish I knew. Hope someone knows of a way.
Wow. If you don't know, we all might be in trouble. You seem to have a wealth of understanding on L4. Guess that you have run into this problem before.
Thanks
This probably relates to the question I just raised in 'Remove in Passage Guide' as I suspect the problem arises because that particular search appears under 'My Content'.
I think it should be added to the future user desired "content manager" that Logos has said nothing to my knowledge about :-) The content manager would allow management of Tags, Guides, Notes and clippings. Here's to wishful thinking :-) [D]
Based on feedback that we received during the beta testing on this question, there is no way to delete these (unless a new feature has been quietly inserted). Logos' thought was since you only see these documents when you run a guide, those documents don't clutter up the system.
I've actually found them very helpful and like looking back over what I previously read with a passage and how I ranked (stars) commentaries and the notes I took on my various parts of the guide. But I do understand why you'd like to delete them.

My own problem is not with them cluttering up the system but that they affect all future searches if remove any resources in a specific Passage Guide search.
Run a guide that intersects the passage (in this case, a Passage Guide on Rev 12:10-14, for example) and then you can delete the older guide up at the top of the window where it's referenced.
We're working on a more direct interface, too.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks !
It took a few trys, but i found the x next to them and it deleted them. Had to force Explorer to another passage, then back to Rev 21 and the were gone.
Thanks, i was hesitant about using this feature until i could control what shows.

Hi Bob, just thought that I should say I appreciate the way the techs are working behind the scene to make a great software even better. Looking forward to what the future holds.
Now could we leap frong L5 and go straight to L6. [:D] I hear that it can read the minds of individuals and design a sermon/study just for them, and all I have to do is inpu their name. [:D]
Just saying thanks for a job well done, and keep up the good works.
This did not seem to work for me. I viewed all my guides (guide containing only My Content from Gen-Rev), opened one of my guides containing a note (a custom guide from John 3:5), changed the range to John 3:5-6, selected the "X" which removed it from the "see also section". Refreshed the My Content Section from Gen-Rev. John 3:5 showed up. Selected it and it contained the not that I had previously made. Changed the range to John 3:5-6 and the John 3:5 guide did not show up.
It seems that doing what you described removes it from the "see also" section but does not delete it from the computer.
