Kindle Fire HD App highlighted text does not highlight.

Hi,

I just noticed that on my kindle fire HD I cannot see the highlights that I

make. If I highlight something on the kindle fire HD it does syncs back to

the computer but I cannot see the highlights on the kindle fire HD itself.

Can this be corrected?

Hi Hector,

We may have addressed this in 2.2.4. Are you applying a custom highlight style that you previously created on the desktop?

If not, can you tell us what version of the app you are running, and what highlight style you are applying?

I forgot to incldue this in my previous reply,....

No, I am not using a custom highlither that i created on my pc, the highlight that I am using is the regular yellow highlight.

Ai am using a kindle fi re hd and running 2.2.3 and cannot see version 2.2.4 in the amazon store. Will you guys release an update to fix this?

I've got the same problem running 2.2.3 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7" 2.0 tablet (which I got through the Google Play store, not the Amazon store). In fact, highlighting has never worked correctly with any version of Logos on Android, and I've been running it since before highlighting was added as a feature.

Specifically, the problem seems to be is that the "Background"attribute is not displaying. When I press and hold a word in a section that is supposedly highlighted, I do get an option to "Edit Highlight", and when I go into the edit dialog, the colors are properly set for the same highlight as on my PC, but they just don't display in Android.

All the other attributes seem to display correctly, it's just the "Background" that is not showing up.

Problem seems to have been self corrected? I tried the highlight feature during thanksgiving and it was working fine.

I will keep you posted if it comes back again. I did nothing different than what I was doing when I was first experiencing problems.

The only difference is that I am now running the Kindle Fire HD on airplane mode (I am virtually certain this has nothing to do with

the highlight function).
