Timeline?

I was very excited about the new timeline feature and upgraded to Version 5 to begin using it. However, it appears that it does not work in the package I opted for. If that's the case, I'm very disappointed. Is there a way to get that function without spending more money? I had to scrape together the funds to make this purchase.

    I assume from what you say that you purchased the Starter Package. Timeline is only available from Bronze up as shown at http://www.logos.com/upgrade#

    Not while retaining the package you have bought.

    Logos are bringing out a couple of crossgrade options which will include different sets of these new features. I expect the cheaper one (under $100) will include the Timeline functionality. We expect these to be available soon but don't have a date.

    The core L5 engine will be free (when it is available) but will not include Timeline.

    So when the new crossgrades are available I suggest you look at what they provide and how much it would cost to move from what you have to one which includes the Timeline feature.

    With Logos 30-day back policy, you could opt to return the base package you have purchased and just go for the crossgrade when it is available. This would give you some of the new functionality but not the extra resources you acquired in your base package upgrade.

    The best approach - in my opinion - is to wait until the crossgrades are available, see what gives you the best options and contact Logos sales to work out the best way of going about it.

    You should be able to get a discount on them if you've already purchased L5 Starter.
