PACKAGE DESCRIPTION SHOWS I OWN RESOURCES NOT IN MY LIBRARY.....

Hello again everyone....
I have L5 (Gold)....and as I was cruising the products/upgrade information, I noticed something new in the columns. That being the little blue question marks in the columns. I read the explanations from that thread. However, I am confused about something else. When I scroll down the list and hover over the blank information (where a dot would be if I had not upgraded)....there are some resources showing I own ALL of a collection, but that collection is not in my Library.
Here they are: Bible Lessons International Collections (17 vols)..."you own 70 of 70 resources"
Hermeneutics Collections (12 vols)..."you own 53 of 65 resources"
They do not show in my Library. There is no blue question mark next to the resources I am referencing in this post. I guess I would understand it if there was a blue question mark next to it---somewhat understand....
There is a looonnnnggggg list of others that, after 45 minutes of scrolling and searching, I thought I would not try to figure it out on my own and see if anyone can help me out with this dilemma.
1) Do I have to upgrade to the Diamond or Portfolio in order to actually see/use these resources?
2) If I own a portion of the whole, should I not be able to use the portion I own? If so, then why can't I?
Thanks for your help.

It's a bug that momentarily makes you feel good that you have a bigger library then you thought :-)

So, does that mean I DO have them in my library and I just don't see them yet? Then, I have to see them "by faith" (substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen--Hebrews 11:1). Or, does that mean that I am only lead to believe I own them, but really, I do not?

As Ronald pointed you to a thread about this, I'll assume you read it. It means that you should ignore those icons. They aren't working correctly.
Logos' upgrade calculator does factor in partial ownership of a set. When you click on the words 'New to You' at the top of the chart and select a colored icon representing the package you want to check out, you'll get the upgrade price for that package taking into account what you already own. The black dots will show you what you do not already have, with the caveat that partial ownership of a set will still give you a black dot since you will receive the missing part with that upgrade.
So no extraordinary faith required.
