How Long Does the Cross-Grade Take to Update?
I paid for the cross-grade earlier this evening. After doing so, I opened Logos, and it downloaded just under 400MB of data. I assumed it was the upgrade, based on this instruction-
But it wasn't. So I tried the 'plan B'-
Nothing happened, but this-
I checked my current install. I don't understand all the code, but it seems to know I did the minimal cross-grade-
So why am I still running L4? Is this a problem caused by high demand on the servers, or did I manage to find the loophole in the idiot-proof download system?

Did you goto your account page on the Logos website and down load the installer for your OS (Win or Mac)?

Doc, go to your orders page on logos.com and click on the order number for your upgrade. There you will find a way to initiate the installation of Logos 5. Logos 5 has two downloads. The first installs the program, the second, later one, includes resource updates and probably the data sets needed to run the program. That second one could be large (I believe mine was about 700 MB). That second one might take a bit to trigger once L5 is installed.

Understandable. This is an "Upgrade" so the "orders" page is the way to go. Worked for me earlier this evening.
