Searching on iPhone

In The Lutheran Study Bible (MS) there are frequent references to church fathers (e.g., NPNF2 123), which are in my Logos library. I find that I can't search by page number - a real drawback! I also find that I can't limit a word or phrase search by limiting it to a particular collection, even though I have indicated that only that particular collection be searched. A universal search negates the usefulness of that search.  Am I missing something? If I can't do these types of searches (which I can in my computer) then the usefulness of Logos for iPhone is very limited.

Searching finds content in the book. To navigate to a page number, open the book and then type "p 123" into the navigation box at the top. This should jump to Page 123, just as "Gen 3:1" jumps to Genesis 3:1 in a Bible.

    Sorry for the confusion!

Why can't i get the NIV on my iphone??  I don't want to have to buy an application from another company when i spent so much money on logos.  Will it not come through on an iphone for some reason?

Logos' relationship with Zondervan is still improving. I guess they're not quite friendly enough yet for Zondervan to agree to use the NIV in this way. Hopefully they'll soon follow Crossway's enlightened stance and loosen the restrictions that are currently in place. In fairness to Logos, more and more resources are coming through as agreements are reached and then the server is updated.

Okay cool.  Thanks.  I hope we will get a big notice of some kind that, "NIV is now availiable on iphone" or something.  Then I'll know my iphone Logos is good to go!  [<:o)]
