L5 Glitches

Obviously, there have been numerous "Glitches" surrounding the L5 roll-out. I just want to commend Logos on their attitude when the glitch is in the customer's favor. For instance, the cross-grade from silver was offered for 6 bucks. Phil Gons encouraged customers to purchase it before the glitch was fixed. Having been the recipient of a glitch, myself, I appreciate and applaud this attitude. It makes the other glitches a little easier to accept.Big Smile

    I think it says something for the integrity the company has. I have not always agreed with every decision Logos has made, but I have never found reason to question the integrity of any individuals working in the company, or how Bob runs it.
