Min Cross Grade vs. Base Package Upgrage

I'm considering upgrading to L5, but just want to make sure that I make the best choice. Could someone explain the difference between doing a minimum cross-grade verses upgrading my base package? Presumably upgrading the base package upgrades all of my resources so that they integrate better with the new engine and features of L5, while the min cross-grade does not? But all of my old books will still work in L5 right?
What are the pros and cons of each option?
Thanks for your advice,
Mark

Not necessarily upgrading all your resources - although some will be updated to take advantage of some of the new features - but base package upgrades also contain new resources as well as the new engine and features / datasets (features / datasets vary with base package)

The minimal crossgrade includes all of the new datasets and features and some key resources. Details at http://www.logos.com/product/28376/logos-5-minimal-crossgrade

Correct

Really depends on whether you want the resources available in the base packages or just the new features and functionality in L5.
