Logos 5 installation

Just downloaded L5, gets to the point when my library has downloaded and it starts to open the program and then a message appears and says it is not responding, can anyone help?

    David, if you right click on the task bar, and look at the processes tab, is L5 running? If it is not responding can you end it and try launching it again.
